What access costs, and what it does not include

Quick answer: Avatarmatic is a paid workspace for making presenter-led videos and live avatar rooms. There is no free plan and no trial. Your plan and its price are shown in the workspace before any payment, and the avatar, voice and model accounts you connect are billed by those providers at their own rates.

No countdown, no invented discount. We do not show a “regular” price that was never charged, and we do not put a clock on the page to hurry a decision. The price that is shown at checkout is the price that applies.

What a plan covers

The Avatarmatic plan pays for the workspace around the providers: the studio, the room builder, the script and knowledge setup, and the publishing controls. It does not include the provider accounts themselves.

Fees

Avatarmatic does not publish a plan price on this page, because the plan screen in the workspace is the source of truth and the price can change with the plan you choose. The two lines below are the whole billing model:

How paid access works

Apply or sign in. New teams apply by email; existing accounts sign in. Either route ends in the same workspace.
See the plan and price. The current plan, price and billing interval are on screen before a payment method is used.
Connect providers. Add the avatar, voice and model accounts your first room needs. Provider usage is billed by that provider.
Publish one room or video. Test it, review it against the checklists, then share the link or embed it.

A guided setup exists because the provider credentials, the language choice and the review step are where most first projects go wrong. It is not a waiting list and it does not hold back the price.

Conditions

Rights. You need permission for every script, face, voice, logo, track and image you use. A plan does not grant rights you do not hold.
Disclosure. Label an avatar as an avatar where a viewer could otherwise mistake it for a recording of a person.
Human escalation. A live room that answers customer questions needs a route to a person.
Review. The publisher approves facts, pronunciation, captions, links and the final render. Avatarmatic supplies the tools, not the sign-off.
Provider changes. Avatars, voices, languages, models and prices on the provider side can change without notice from us.
Refunds. Charges that were not authorised, duplicated or paid for an inactive plan are reviewed and corrected. The process is on Standards.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free trial?

No. Avatarmatic is a paid product. There is no trial, no free plan and no free video allowance. The interactive preview on the homepage and the avatar concept builder are illustrations of the interface, not a free account.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because the plan screen holds the current price and this page would go stale. The price is shown before you pay, and we will send it in writing if you ask through the apply page. We will not print a number here that the checkout does not honor.

Are provider costs included?

No. The avatar, voice and model accounts are separate. You connect your own accounts, and those providers bill their usage directly. This is why two teams on the same Avatarmatic plan can have very different monthly totals.

Can I cancel?

Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Usage already delivered and provider charges already incurred are not refunded. Ask at hello@codeaustral.com if the plan screen does not show the cancellation control.

Do you charge per video or per minute?

The Avatarmatic plan is billed on the interval shown in the workspace. Provider usage may be metered by the provider. Check both before publishing a large batch.

Do you offer a discount for teams or education?

There is no published discount programme on this page. If you have a specific volume or an education use case, describe it on the apply page and you will get a direct answer rather than a coupon.

What if I was charged and cannot use the plan?

Email hello@codeaustral.com with the account email and the charge date. A person reviews it. The refund process is published on Standards.
