Current point-in-time result: the public website, avatar builder, FAQ, contact page and API readiness endpoint answered successfully during the verification time above. The readiness response reported both the application API and its database connection as ok.
This is not a real-time monitoring dashboard. It does not establish continuous uptime, incident history, response-time performance, an availability percentage, an SLA, or the health of every external model, voice, media, payment, email, browser, network, or delivery dependency.

What the readiness endpoint does not prove
- It does not create an avatar, synthesize speech, render or deliver a video.
- It does not authorize a payment, send email, test every account, or validate every browser.
- It does not measure latency, historical uptime, recovery time, or third-party availability.
- A 200 on this page does not override an error shown inside a specific user workflow.
Before reporting an issue
- Reload once and note whether the problem affects one page or the full site.
- Record the affected URL and exact time in UTC.
- Check whether the public readiness JSON currently returns 200 or 503.
- Retry in a private window or another supported browser only if it is safe to do so.
- Do not repeat a payment or destructive action unless the current result is clear.
Issue report checklist
Send the affected URL, UTC time, expected result, actual result, browser and device, account email when relevant, and a screenshot with secrets removed. Never email passwords, API keys, full card data, government identifiers, or private customer media.
