Quick answer: there are two costs. The Avatarmatic workspace plan is shown in the workspace before any payment. The avatar, voice and model accounts you connect are billed by those providers at their own rates. There is no free plan and no trial.
We do not print a plan number on this page because the plan screen is the source of truth and a stale number is worse than no number. The sequence is the same for every customer:
The plan pays for the workspace around the models: scripts and knowledge, avatar and voice configuration, rooms, recordings, publishing and embed controls, the production checklists, and support by email. It does not include the provider accounts themselves, and it does not grant rights to a face, a voice, a logo or a script you do not own.
LiveAvatar, Anam and D-ID supply the video presenter. ElevenLabs supplies voice. OpenAI supplies the conversation. Each is a separate account with its own limits and rates, so two teams on the same Avatarmatic plan can have very different monthly totals. Check both sides before you commit to a volume.
You will not find a clock on this site, a “regular” price that was never charged, or a seat counter that resets. A price that needs a timer to be believable is not a price we want to publish. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies.

Is there a free trial?
No. There is no free plan, free credit or trial period. The homepage preview and the avatar concept builder demonstrate the interface; they are not an account.
Are provider costs included?
No. OpenAI, LiveAvatar, Anam, D-ID and ElevenLabs bill their own usage.
Can I get the price in writing first?
Yes. Apply by email and a person replies with the plan, price and the provider accounts your setup needs.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the paid period. The process is on Standards.
